Supportive In-Home Services
(DBHDS Waiver Services)
Servicing children & adults with developmental disabilities in the home & community settings with autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, traumatic brain injuries, and ADHD to name a few. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) provide assistance with skill building, community engagement, ADL's, IADL's, med management, meal prep, accompany to appointments, behavioral supports, health & safety supports.
This service is 1:1 support.
Personal & Respite Care Services
(Private Pay & Waiver Services)
This service provides assistance to children, adults, and the elderly with activities of daily living (ADL's) such as bathing & grooming, instrumental activities of daily living (IADL's) such as meal prep, home chores, & grocery shopping. We also accompany individuals to appointments and offer medication reminders.
Private Duty Nursing (formerly known as Tech Waiver)
(Waiver Services & Private Pay)
We offer individual, continuous skilled nursing care performed only by RN's & LPN's who are qualified & trained to perform a variety of services such as med administration, wound care, g-tube care, oxygen maintenance, seizure maintenance, IV therapy, vent & trach care, & monitoring vital signs to name a few.
This service is 1:1 support.
Companion Services
(Private Pay)
The main goal of this service is to provide safety, emotional, and social support to individuals. Light housekeeping, transportation, social activities, and med reminders are also included with this service. This service is non medical and can be 1:1 support or for a couple in the same residence.
Skilled Nursing Visits
(Mediciad & Private Pay only at this time)
This is an intermittent service provided by RN's & LPN's on a short term basis that includes but is not limited to wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, post- op surgical care, blood sugar management, and monitoring vital signs.
This service is 1:1 support.
Sitter Services
(Private Pay)
This services focuses on keeping your loved one safe whether in their home, assistant living facility, or hospital. Individuals who are a high fall risk, those at risk for injuries if left alone, those with alzheimer's and dementia, and those with a history of wandering would benefit from having our sitters. Companionship is also included however, this service is completely non medical.
